need for speed payback

i have been trying to play online on payback with a friend but every time i login into the game it tells me that my login credentials have expired and i need to reset the password which i am unable to do that as the email connected to the account is my high school email which i haven't used since 2018

    No one here can help you with this problem, you need to contact EA Support, only Support can resolve account issues.

    • The link to EA's Support is here.
    • In "Search game or Topic" Search for "EA app".
    • Click on "See all Help Topics"
    • Click "I need help logging in to my EA Account"
    • Click "Continue without logging in"
    • Choose a contact option, preferable "Chat with us"
