Need For Speed PC conflicts with Covenant Eyes software

First, let me explain what Covenant Eyes is.

Covenant Eyes is internet filtering software, different from antivirus in that it blocks web addresses/pages that may contain questionable or inappropriate content. I may very well be the only PC player who uses this software.

While Covenant Eyes is installed, I can open and play the game, but the snapshot feature and the wrap/paint editor is broken. Any attempt to take a snapshot will result in an 'upload failed' message. The menu for editing paint and wraps is locked, displaying the message 'retrieving your custom wraps'. After uninstalling Covenant Eyes, both features are fully functional.

My assumption is that Covenant Eyes is falsely blocking whatever addresses the game relies on for those features. I can add the main server address (everything up to the .net/.com part is all you need) to an "always allow" list, but I do not know the address the server resides on.
It could also be that Covenant Eyes runs on the same ports as Need For Speed, or some other thing is going on that is out of my hands to fix. Perhaps I should report the issue to them instead?

I can wait however long it takes to solve the problem, but I'd ideally like to have Covenant Eyes back on my PC without losing some of the game's best features.
