Need For Speed Pre Order PS4 Theme

My Friends in the USA were able to get the Need For Speed Playstation 4 Theme if they Pre Ordered the Deluxe Edition I also Pre Ordered the Deluxe Edition here in the UK and I did not receive the Theme. I've searched through My Download History and It's not their either alongside my purchases. You can't Download It Seperately on the USA PSN Store either so I can't attain it that way. EA will you be making this Theme available to everyone or is the only hope of getting it will be logging into my Friends PSN Account and download it from their and then deleting their PSN?

Any Help & Assistance would be great thanks!

    From what I understand this was a separate US promotion currently not offered anywhere else. I do not have any further information of the (upcoming) availability in other regions.
