Need For Speed Pro Street 30 fps lock

How do i unlock the fps on nfs pro street. I struggle to play it at the 30fps cap, I think the game is perfect except for that one let down. When i manually cap other games at 30fps i see no differen...

    I have spent so much time on google, like it feels like my life is being consumed by my desperate need to have 60fps on a game that could potentially be good
