Need for Speed: ProStreet

Same problem over here

I tried support chat but they didn't fix the problem, they where absolutely sure that these steps would fix it:

Reset Internet Explorer Settings. [S]

Flush and Reset DNS Cache. [M]
Advise player to start up a Clean Boot.* [L]
Restart and bypass the router.* [M]
Perform ports configuration.* [L]
Advise the player to reset Host file. [S]
Run a UO Trace – Correctly interpret the results

but maybe they(/someone) should explain or define these steps, not sure that you can actually do them wrong but now support just seems lazy.

so I want the answer too 😛
