Need for speed remastered chat

Hi... I was in a lobby with a pc player friend and a Ps4 friend (I'm on Ps4 too). How do you chat in game? Mic was enabled in options and voip but no chat in lobby or game?

    Hi @FreakNasty1208 and @WelshElmsy, 

    I've been looking into this in the meantime. I can confirm that Cross Platform voice chat isn't an option and this is working as intended. However, you should be able to hear players on the same platform when you have the setting 'CrossPlay' enabled. So for example PC to PlayStation won't work in voice chat but Xbox to Xbox will as it's the same platform. 

    If you're finding that the voice chat option isn't working for you when you're connecting with other players from the same platform, please try the steps I've shared above and let us know how you get on.

I get online and am unable to chat with other players in the room . Why is this

    "working as intended." Whats the point of playing with friends on other platforms. if i cant communicate with them? Cross chat should be imperative to be implemented.
