need for speed rival Koenigsegg One:1
Downloaded the DLC. The Koenigsegg one:1 cop car works, but the racer isn't available/unlocked. I uninstalled amd reinstalled and then launced and its still not there. Anyone else having this problem?...

Nope, it won't show up until its a playable car. At least that is what I have heard from the advisors. Alot of friends haven't seen the car in their garage until they reach rank 22. When they hit rank 22 it showed up and was playable. It seems it appears at different levels for different systems. PS3/4 seems to be rank 22. Xbox usually gets it at rank 21.....usually. A friend who plays on his PC didn't get it until rank 24. but none of us have had it show up until we reach that rank on BOTH factions.
Can this car be upgraded to top speed for racers? It shows top speed (not upgraded) in performance upgrades. If it can be upgraded how do you do it. I have seen people post speeds of 282.80 MPH they must have the top speed upgraded??

No, it cant be upgraded as of yet. The 280 mph records were made using the turbo pursuit tech.
