Need for Speed Rivals - Black screen only with full screen

On startup Need for Speed Rivals is giving me a black screen only whilst full screened. Alt tabbing has it in a windowed screen where things begin to work properly, but any attempt to return to full ...

    NFS Rivals has been updated today and black screen issue is fixed for me. 😕mileyhappy:

I am having the same problem, Black flickering screen running at 2 FPS in full screen, all fine and running up to the dodgy (PC gamers lied to about) cap of 30 FPS when it is windowed. Also running and ATI Asus 7970, had the 13.9 drivers, up dated to the 13.11 beta. Tried all the suggested fixes with no solution, i don't buy games to play them windowed, Not happy with the game atm and starting to regret not cancelling my pre order. Really considering about a refund because this is ridiculous, the loyal and faithful PC gamer gets rewarded with crappy ports at best, and nothing but problems at release.
