Need for Speed Rivals - Game update – Patch 2 for PS4

So has anyone on PS4 actually got patch 2 yet?  not seen it in the UK yet

I've just bought and downloaded need for speed rival on to my PS4 but it wont work, it loads up and just won't let me drive
