Unfortunately racing wheels are not supported and on PC platforms the Xbox 360 controller and Keyboard are the only supported input devices for Need for Speed Rivals.

People, we need to bump this topic up everyday until we get a response from EA about Steering Wheel support.
Lets not forget about the DFGT along with the G25 and G27.
I believe that this is the only Need for Speed game that does not support Steering Wheels now that I think about it, EVER!!!, and its very disappointing. I was SOOOO MAD when I plugged in my DFGT and it didn't work.
A patch will fix this on PS3 as well as PC, easily. I didnt pay $60 day one to just use my ps3 controller.
People, don't give up until we get a response. Bump up this topic everyday until we know that we're getting what we payed for. For them not to respond is completely and utterly inconsiderate and not fair as well.

Eanajat......we already know that the game doesn't work with wheels. What we want to know is what you are going to do about it. Nobody from EA or you is telling is whether you are doing anything about it and that's what everyone here wants to know. So what is the story.....are you guys fixing this issue or not???

Seriously, that's your answer to everyone, you might as well not have commented, no wonder people hate EA, so why don't you at least state which steering wheels "it MAY still work" with?
Actually don't bother, just patch the game and for once just do the right thing! A racing game without racing wheel support, all those that were for that idea are clearly working in the wrong industry.

Appreciate your answering the mail on this. I understand that Ghost are the developers; however the game is marketed under the EA brand. Is EA planning on making steering wheel support a requirement and passing that requirement to Ghost?
I know the game does not officially support driving wheels, we all know that. The question is, will Need for Speed Rivals have official steering wheel support in the future????
Every time a community manager responds to the customers post, you guys respond vaguely in a way that leaves us wondering.
Like instead of saying "Need for Speed Rivals does not support Steering wheels", say "Need for Speed Rivals does not and will not support Steering Wheels in the near future" And give us valid reason why that's so, because I'm not the only one on here that is very disappointed about this. I'm a PS3 owner and I have a Logitech Driving Force GT and every need for speed game I play supports it, and I've played just about every one. There are PC owners on here that are stuck playing with a keyboard!!! A keyboard!!!!, and boy I feel sorry for them.
You need to fix this, EA, Ghost, who every has that responsibility, it needs to be fixed, because I don't see any valid reason to why this game will not officially support steering wheels, unless you give us one.
Again, I didn't pay $60 on a game day one!, to not use my driving force gt. If you guys aren't going to patch it with steering wheel compatibility , then I want a FULL REFUND. Otherwise I will never buy anything from you again EA, ANYTHING!
