I have the NEED FOR SPEED RIVALS COMPLETE EDITION for the PS4, and I was wondering if I could download all of the online bonuses and downloads to a disc for later use. I bought this as a Christmas present but the expiration time frame for downloading the bonus features ends about the middle of November 18 2015. With the model and serial number can I download it to my account if not? Thank you.

If you purchased the Need For Speed: Rivals - Complete Edition, you should have received several codes with the game to redeem the DLC on your account. The expiration date to download the content would in this case refer to the final date at which you can redeem your content. Once redeemed, you will always have access to it as long as you log in with the same account details.
In this case you mentioned that you purchased this game as a Christmas present. Sadly you will be unable to save the DLC for a later date or on a disc if the expiration date is set to November 18th. Make sure you redeem the content before that date.
