Need for speed rivals for Xbox one keeps freezing at loading screen.

I am still having this problem, I’ve tried all the above steps and also tried taking my Xbox offline and it still won’t work past the “searching for available games to join” screen. Please fix this

    It works when u take it offline the game only works for singleplayer I’ve tried to do public and it always freezes but when I do single player with it online or offline it works perfectly so it probably the public games that don’t work
