Need for speed rivals for Xbox one keeps freezing at loading screen.

I'm still having the problem where it locks up on the start screen while 'finding a game.' It just stops and takes the XBOX One X back to the home screen. I've tried everything on your list to no avail.

One thing that did work was playing the game from a different profile. I, however, don't want to have to start the game from the beginning on a different profile. I'd rather get whatever is causing the freezing fixed. My XBOX profile is midwestcloud.

    Same problem. Cant get the game to stop freezing. Cant even make it past loading screen

    @midwestcloud I am having same problem mine loads says finding a game to join.....freezes then takes me to my home screen. I can't get past that. I've reinstalled I even bought a dang expansion pack hoping to get past whatever the glitch was. Probably wasted my money on a game that won't ever play. I have started this game from the beginning twice... its getting old having to do that. I JUST WANNA PLAY. @EASPORTS help

      ***SOLUTION: 

      In order to load/play 100% crash/freeze free you must play offline, you can do this by disconnect your Xbox from the internet BEFORE starting the game. You can disconnect your Xbox from the internet a number of ways but the easiest is to go to your Xbox settings under the Xbox home screen, then under network disconnect internet. Unfortunately, this is currently the only way to start/load/play the game 100% crash/freeze free. NOTE: playing this way doesn't allow you to play with your friends/or strangers, but if you really want to play online with friends/stranger you can do so by starting the game offline, the once in your garage, reconnect your internet BUT just know that once you reconnect to the internet your game might still crash/freeze.         @xboxbabe70 Thats NOT a solution. Its a TEMPORARY WORK-AROUND. I tried loading it five times to a lockup, and am now reinstalling it, which i why im here. A SOLUTION is to PROPERLY FIX AND PATCH THE GAME. I havent played this game in years, thought id reinstall it and ran into this garbage...EA HAS GONE SO DOWNHILL ITS DISGUSTING. FIX YOUR QUALITY AND QUALITY CONTROL, and stop cramming 'angry birds' inspired microtransactions everywhere. Spamming junk is going to bankrupt you...JUST LIKE ATARI, because you abuse the players and they are sick of it. PERIOD.

    Same issue here. I just keep clicking it and try to get into the game. After a handful of failed attempts it works eventually for me, although it is very time consuming and annoying as hell.
