Need for speed rivals: Opponents lagg/warp all over the place and even drive off the map.

Hello,

I really really hope some here can tell me how to fix this.

Issue:When i drive up to friends they can see each other fine and drive next to each other.
I see them (and every other player) warp all over the place or just see the car roll(driver very slowly) and sometime later they are somewhere else on the map.

My friends are from Norway and the UK, I'm from the Netherlands.
My Internet works great with games like battlefield 4, ping times around 30ms,  usually lower.
Fps wise the game runs fine.

Possible solutions that didn't work:
Customer support suggested to open up a range of ports on my router and so i did.
I've reinstalled both windows 7(x64) and Need for Speed Rivals.
Sent DxDiag to support but nothing out of the ordinary.

I've reported this issue in februari of this year but after awhile customer support didnt even respond.
So far no fix. Seems like a waste of money.
