Need for Speed Rivals PS4 - Ultimate Cop Pack

Hi,

I pre-orded this game before it came out worldwide and on the back cover it says you get a code with the game. Now the game was sealed, but when I opened it their was only the warranty paper copy inside with the PS4 game disc. So I would like to know how would I get the Nissan GTR R35 Cop Car thanks. Do I have to wait till a add-on shows up on the PSN or can you please give me a code.
