Need for Speed Rivals PS4 Completed but ALL progress has gone

As per title, I completed Need for Speed (as a racer), I had fully upgraded a couple of cars and customised the paintwork etc, (ALL racer cars were unlocked). However, I didnt play for a month or so...

    We have reported the issue to the team, they checked the saving system many times in several occasions but, the saving system showed no glitches so far.

    However we are still trying to assist players who are experiencing difficulties with their saved data.
