Same here mostly. I have a physical copy, yet after the install if I try and run the game it shows me the loading screen for a few moments then goes back to the XBox Home Screen.
For Xbox one, if your hard reset your xbox (turn it off, let the little whit button stop flashing and hold the power button down for 10 seconds) and then let the xbox stay off for a few minutes it fixed it for me. Hope that helps guys.
March 2019 still an issue. Though ive owned the game for probably 2 years and never had an issue now i throw it in for the 1st time in months and i cant play.
I did that, but the game continues to freeze when I load the game. This is persistent. Any solutions?

Found out It's their servers, and unfortunately it's an issue that's been going on for years, at this time it looks like the only solution is to not buy their games!
This is so ridiculous!! Get your * together EA!

I talked with EA technical support, and realized that these fagots from EA know about the errors. But NEVER fix bugs, because it is too expensive and easier to create new games full of bugs for suckers.

It's a problem with the digital and physical copy of the game. I'm having it recently and it's annoying and I'm getting my money back for it I love this game but the keeps freezing at the menu screen
