Same here mostly. I have a physical copy, yet after the install if I try and run the game it shows me the loading screen for a few moments then goes back to the XBox Home Screen.

Found out It's their servers, and unfortunately it's an issue that's been going on for years, at this time it looks like the only solution is to not buy their games!
This is so ridiculous!! Get your * together EA!

I talked with EA technical support, and realized that these fagots from EA know about the errors. But NEVER fix bugs, because it is too expensive and easier to create new games full of bugs for suckers.

Man it's 2020 and it still is doing it.
Unfortunately, this is unlikely ever to change...what's more scummy about all of this is that EA is still putting it on sale in order to lure people in when they know its broken...

August 2020 and still doing it. EA account is active. Nothing changes. No reply from EA support to the threads. Sad
So it's 2 years later did you ever get your rivals working. I made the mistake of buying it last year and yep freezing all the same. My other need for speed games work great but this one is just pissing me off.
It’s 2023 now and the problem still persists please fix this issue it’s ridiculous that this issue still happens after all these years has passed
