Found out It's their servers, and unfortunately it's an issue that's been going on for years, at this time it looks like the only solution is to not buy their games!

  What a pathetic company! How can this issue be raised on their own forum, continue for so long without any acknowledgedment and not be fixed. I only just recently got into gaming and now know to stay away from EA games.

    Same here, i just bought the NFS bundle and with NFS Rivals constantly freeze on log in screen. I try several times and sometimes i can play it. Its really a big issue.
