Need for speed rivals xbox one loading screen freeze......

Mine is installed Internally, i don't have a external HDD. Seems offline mode boots up the game. But i also want to play Online. And whenever i click public, it crashes right away. I mean why sell a game if it doesn't work online???

Cause most people won't bother with returns and/or they won't give returns (Microsoft new terms of sale policy,) and they still make millions off something that doesn't work right, that's why I'm looking into taking legal action, so keep posted on the forum.
