I have tried that and all they did was try and blame it on my internet connection. So if they fixed the game for you, what did they tell you to do to fix it?

I talked with EA technical support, and realized that these fagots from EA know about the errors. But NEVER fix bugs, because it is too expensive and easier to create new games full of bugs for suckers.
- Same problem with xbox one - but my 360 plays Rivals perfectly as it has for years. Why EA can't get it right on xBox One is amazing.
This is a serious blot on the competence of EA designers Hi everyone. I used to Play rivals all the time awhile ago. This was never an issue back then. I recently got re-enlivened with the game. After one great session I came across this horrible screen crash. It's one thing to get buggy but to never get in? No good. I read a lot of your posts and figured how to get around this without getting a new internet service or a new EA account or any other suggestion so far. Some post here contributed to my solution.
1. Still crashing to trying to connect to a game? After it's crashed or even before you log in, take your Xbox offline, some version off the "One" do not make it easy to get back online, but the One X will disconnect you and reconnect you from the network settings screen easy as pie.
2. launch the game. It will try to connect to EA even though there is no internet. Just hit cancel.
3. You will then be taken to an offline game where you can still rack up speed points and play against the computer all night long.
4. Now take your Xbox back online, don't kill your game. Once back to the game it will try to log in to EA again, hit cancel. Something magical will happen, you will be playing online and you will start off alone and Other people will drop into your game and you will be playing online. Sometimes EA will dump you to a load screen and say something about your login changing but it will not crash you out, wait and you will be right back where you were. AT this point you can login to EA if you want.
5. Make sure the game saves before changing your status. Go to All Play and go to public or friends or private. Play until you're done.
6 Go back to all play settings in your garage and change your game play to single player. Hit apply. close the game.
The next time you start the game it will default to single player. It will be okay to log in to EA and then it will create a game for just you (No crash). Go back to multiplayer when ready.
Before leaving again change setting to single player.
None of this is guaranteed to work, but I got way more play time than I did on the crashing screen.
