Need For Speed Shift 2 key won't work

So I purchased an Origin key for Need For Speed Shift 2 on Eneba. I got the key and was about to redeem it on Origin when I remembered I don't use Origin anymore (I can't remember my login details an...

    Hi @gamersworldxx For keys purchased from third-party sites we are unable to offer assistance and you may need to talk to them about the game redeeming. 

    We can check first by trying to Clear EA Desktop's Cache and then relaunch to see if the game appears in your collection. If not, if the game was meant to be redeemed with EA versus on your Microsoft account, you can try downloading and signing into Origin to see if the game appears.

    As far as linking Origin and Xbox, Origin does not support the features for Game Pass as EA Desktop which is why that client is needed if you are using games from an Xbox Gamepass subscription.
