Need For Speed Shift 2 unleashed activation key limit exceeded

Hi, I was trying to install my nfs shift 2 unleashed limited edition and it is showing that the product activation key limit has been exceeded. Please I need help. please reply as soon as possible.

I'm trying this option via email and case and it is being 10 days of talking to a brick wall.

They do not know what to do and they do not understand the problem even providing the key, screenshots, etc.

There is no option to live chat. It is being a pain in the * trying to resolve this.
