Need for Speed: Shift 2 Unleashed does not run at all!

The only time this happened to me with Shift 2, was when I didn't have Windows7 updated.

I downloaded some of the updates (including Service Pack 1) and that was it.
I don't know if this can help you.

Interesting, I already have service pack 1 installed but thanks anyway. Maybe it'll help someone else on here.
