Need For Speed Shift 2 Unleashed Won' Download Off The Disk

 Ever time I run the install wizard off the cd rom it sais that there is another installation taking place. I've looked on both my drives for pre existing NFS Shift files but can't find any and I bought a cd drive just for this game to re live some nostalgia. Any advice or help would he awesome.
