Need For Speed Shift Exotic Car DLC cannot be installed

Hello every one,I have a question for 2 years,I have spend 9.99 $ on PSN to buy Need For Speed Shift Exotic Race Car DLC Pack,the money have been taken from my account and I have downloaded the DLC,but it cannot be installed in the game.For 2 years I'm trying to install it,I have redownloaded almost 20 times,but nothing has happened,I want someone to tell me what to do,please,I'm begging you all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I know that it isn't relevant with Need For Speed Most Wanted(2012),but I think that someone of you will surely know to tell me what to do
