I already know about setting up profiles and stuff like that,so I've done it with no luck
The game still says the same thing as it did before
Also newer drivers don't work on my computer because it keeps telling me to use the lenovo drivers,which are outdated for the game

Can you right click the following files and run them as an Administrator:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Need for Speed\__Installer\vc\vc2013\redist\vcredist_x64.exe
C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Need for Speed\__Installer\vc\vc2013\redist\vcredist_x86.exe
It may also be worthwhile installing any critical updates for your machine via the 'Update your system' link from here:

I'm in vacation right now and I didn't bring my laptop with me,I thought I could somehow make it work before I left

I've done what you told me and it still says "Please update your Intel drivers"
Should I try using windows 10 drivers for the Intel VGA?
Also this one time I disabled the Intel driver and ran the game,but it told me that "There's no Graphics Card installed"
