Currently we don't have information if the team will be looking to remaster any of the older NFS Titles.
I'd be happy to pass the feedback along to let the team know people might be wanting for the future of the NFS Franchise.
If you haven't the team is still working on NFS Unbound, which I would recommend checking out!
