Need for Speed: Underground 3

Well i have been looking for some time, and is it true that, there haven't been made any games like most wanted (2005), carbon, and undercover, since undercover? Because the part i really like about thoes games, is the modifying part of the game, i want to make the cars look like i want them to, and drive in the city and not  on a circuit. (sorry if my english isn't so good, i'm not from an English talking country)
