Need for speed XBOX One play problem

Hello,

I have problem with playing Need For speed on XBOX ONE from today.

I can go to in-game menu but when i hit "Play" a message shows up "an internal error has occured. Try again."

That happens from today after XBOX One firmware update rolled up.

Also XBOX Live is experiencing issues today which could affect this game as well.

So can someone assist me?

    Hi @DimitarCC,

    I just want to chime in to confirm that we're looking into this issue. We'll update the main thread as soon as we have more information. 

    For the moment hold-on on purchasing a Gold subscription (unless you want one, of course :P)

    Please fix it soon EA in bought this for my first game and I can't play this is pathetic 👎👎👎👎

    dear ea Team You did it again to screw up an awesome game totally . I have purchased need for speed in the hope a nice gaming experience to get but nothing of thanks again for disappointment
    have now sold with a bad review .

    have u tried hardrestting xbox or uninstall game and reinstall i know its hassle but this may work

    I did reinstall the game and the problem still not fix now is 2020 the bug still there OMG WTF why do I have to spent 100 US to wasting my time fixing this thing
