Need for speed

I have problems accessing my game on Xbox this jeeps happening

Hi @Kimmelgaard

To check, if you keep seeing that screen you can either use the QR code or go to help.ea.com to reset your EA account (not Xbox account) password.

After, please fully close the game and relaunch to check if you can get past the error message.

If it continues we may be having a different problem with your EA account, in which case you will want to reach out to our support.

I can not even g’et in to my account anymore. It is a Long time since I’ve played and used the account. Is it possible for you to help me get it back?
