If you go to the top right, click on the little arrow next to your name, choose "EA Account" and then from there choose "About me" (Which should be chosen by default usually) , you will see the text "Edit" next to "Basic information" . From this you can change your e-mail considering you are capable of either answering to your security question, or you are able to get through the Login Verification despite not being able to get to your primarily email. You may have a secondary email for example registered and the verification code gets sent there as well. Or you can use the App Authenticator if you have it enabled.
In the event that you cannot change it from there through any of these means, the only option left is to contact an EA Advisor at the EA Support directly about it as they're the only other ones besides the user themselves capable of changing these things : https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
