Thanks for the additional information, when you have a moment can you try the following?
- Verify you signed into your PSN account
- Check for updates
- Restore Licence
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database
Sup dude thank u very much I wil try all that until 1 works & I wil get bac to u asap wit the results of those steps. Ummm...satisfy my curiosity when I do any of those steps mentioned is there a possibility of losing all my NFS Heat save files? I won't have to start from scratch again rite my save files wil remain? & if they do stay is there the possibility of them being corrupted too with wateva bug/glitch this is?
Im not sure but maybe you will lose the progress

Apologies on the delay, for any concern of losing a save file you can always back it up to a USB drive first. The last step has the potential to do this, but it should only happen if their is corruption, in which case we wouldn't be able to recover the file anyways.
