Never received the Winter Community Challenge 2024 rewards
The title says it all. I have contacted support twice. They didnt help but told me to report the problem here.

The same here I also tried for the game's support but they sent me that it's a possible bug and come to this page.

In the end they closed the support and I'm still without the prizes.
