New Xbox One S Controller not working

I purchased a new Xbox One S Controller recently (the white one with Bluetooth), but i cant get it to work on this game. My old Xbox 360 Pad works flawlessly, but i dont know why this game ...

I'm having an issue as well, only Mine isn't necessarily the same as the others': For some reason, when I'm on the actual driving part of the game, the B button on my Xbox One S controller works fine. it does what it's programmed to do and I have no issues... When I'm in menus, however, the B Button is somehow remapped to function identically to the A button, meaning I can't exit out of menus without going to hit the Esc key on my Keyboard. I know people are, supposedly, working on updates, but I'm open to any fixes that otherwise work.
