NFS - EXITING FROM THE GAME, HOW TO DO?

Hi guys, I just installed NFS and I do not understand how to exit the game during, for example, the normal guide inside the map. On NFS Payback I press TAB + X and go back to the desktop. How can I do the same thing on NFS?
