I am sorry that you are running into issues with Need for Speed. Can you please confirm to me that you did all troubleshooting steps (apart from what you already mentioned) from our stickied thread?
If you did, let me know and I will take a further look into this issue.

Thank you all for getting back to me that troubleshooting did not work for you. What you are all experiencing is currently something we are investigating. It has been added to the NFS Known Issues and Alerts thread.
Please check that thread for more information as all updates will be posted there as soon as I have them.

Has this been fixed or not?
I want to buy the game but i'm hesitating a bit ...
People who play the game and stream it on twitch say it's fixed, but I'm a bit disappointed that I can't find any patch notes anywhere of what's been already fixed for xbox one.
