NFS 16 wont start on Steam and no longer in EA Launcher or anywhere on Site

HI!! On PC here, shouldn't have any issues running a game from 2016, my current rig is from 2022. I had purchased NFS 16 Deluxe quite some time ago (probably in 2018) but it won't even show up on EA Launcher or the Site as stated in my title. How do I make it run on Windowsx86 or am I just flat out of luck? I have tried multiple times clearing the app's cache, deleting the cache from system files everything short of a hard reset (not willing to do that). If anyone could possibly have a fix short of me getting a refund from Steam then that would be pretty amazing. I purchased it with PayPal if that makes any difference. And I only have 41 minutes playtime of the game so Steam can't screw me.
