NFS 2015 - Low res textures

I have some issue here: My game is maxed out on FHD, but textures have poor quality. (Stickers etc.) It's issue or some "downgrade"? Can I improve it?

It's because FHD resolution or it's something little different?

  Make changes to the Texture Quality settings via Settings, Graphics Settings. That will make a difference.
  
  Also, there are GPU settings which will affect texture quality, available via your GPUs settings/control panel.
