NFS 2015 - Speedlink Xeox Pro Analog Gamepad

Hello everyone. So i have the following issue.

I use the Speedlink Xeox Pro Analog Gamepad on Windows 10 Professional 64-bit.

When i start the game everything is normal, i can navigate the menu with the D-Pad. (No other buttons will work)

If i want to edit the buttons just nothing happens. Not even on the D-Pad anymore.

Ingame is the situation that if i push the left 3d stick forward the Car will start driving (stops at 53 km/h and sometimes won't even drive at all, just wheelspinning)

Left and down D-Pad works and opens menu. Everything else won't work.

And i really don't want to play with the Keyboard since there is a hell of input lag - It's just not accurate enough.

I would be very pleased if anyone else had this problem and solved it somehow.

By the way i even tried x360ce (32 - 64 bit) and these won't work either.

I've already taken many actions to solve my problem.

So if you know anything. Please let me know.
