NFS 2015 0xc00007b Error / Plz help

I am trying to play my recently purchased NFS16 and when I choose to run the application I get this error "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b) Press OK to close"

My PC is good enough to run the game..

Things I have tried:

Reinstalling NFS16 (6 fresh installs)

reinstalling origin

reinstalling multiple redistributable packages (visual c+++)

reinstalling .NET

Reinstalling Directx

installing mscvp100.dll and mscvr100.dll

running as administrator 

running in compatibility

reinstalling windows
Going 1 by one and downloading possibly missing dll files

at this point I am reinstalling the game for a 7th time.. Can I can get some help from EA or someone who had this problem and solved it?? I have had plenty of issues with other games in the past, I just cant figure this one out. I have read that this is an issue with some sort of dll conflict. and it seems to be a common issue with EA releases and EA releases only (this particular error) Thanks to anyone who can help.. Its frustrating because I dont have much money and I paid for this game and cannot refund.. I miss playing it..
