nfs 2015 can't tipe the password to log in the ea servers ps4

I entered the first time in this game and i have a problem.I am playing this game on a ps4 and i can't tipe the password to connect to ea.Please help me!

  I have the same trouble as well, I can't play on this, cause when I type my password this * typing by Simplified Chinese characters or something like this, so I'm very upset right now, cause I try to fix it since I have got this game, so it is 3 days ago……………………..
