nfs 2015 can't tipe the password to log in the ea servers ps4

I entered the first time in this game and i have a problem.I am playing this game on a ps4 and i can't tipe the password to connect to ea.Please help me!

Check to make sure your System Language is correct: https://manuals.playstation.net/document/gb/ps4/settings/syslanguage.html
