nfs 2015 can't tipe the password to log in the ea servers ps4

I entered the first time in this game and i have a problem.I am playing this game on a ps4 and i can't tipe the password to connect to ea.Please help me!

    Just change the language of your console to English!!

      iev changed my language to english and iev even restarted my ps4. yet it still doesnt work! does anyone know of a valid fix to this problem?
