It will be great if the answer is not 'Connectivity has been fine on our side for some time' because this issue is not about connectivity. It is about you are kicking players from servers very frequently because you have to do some 'maintenance' on them.
I will really appreciate as well if you don't attach to the answer all those links about troubleshooting our connections and computers, because there is no issue in our connections neither in our computers. It is really annoying and indicates that
a) you are not understanding the problem
or
b) you know what is the issue about but don't care and use an standard template to answer connectivity issues.

It seems servers were not stopped so frequently during some days and now we are back. Since a couple of days I have to move to another server again and again.
It is even worst now: many times I connect to another server and after a few seconds I receive the message informing it will be stopped in 15 or 10 minutes!!!
How do you connect to another server? This has been a problem for me. I have only been playing the game for a month or so. I only get to play about 30 minutes before a message comes up happening at least four times a day it seems. I didn't know you could switch servers or how to do that.
