NFS 2016 language and PGUP PGDN problems

Hello, I bought Need for Speed 2016 from the EA app. When I downloaded the game, it is only possible to play in Russian and Polish. I think this is a problem due to the region where I bought the game. I want to play in English, is there a solution? Also, the pgup and pgdn keys on the laptop keyboard do not work in the game (they work normally in other games, I tested it) and I cannot assign those keys to other keys. Is there a solution?
