First, are you trying to run a disc or download version? A disc version won't work due to outdated Digital Rights Management software that comes with these games. However, a download version is more likely to work. If you don't have a download version, please contact a Game Advisor to have them add a download code to your account.

It is also worth nothing that being the system admin is not the same as running a program as administrator. You can start of by right-clicking the game shortcut and selecting Run as administrator and it might work. If you mention the game worked on Windows 7, you can also right-click the game shortcut, then select Open file location, and select Properties; use the compatibility troubleshooter to try and setup your game.

Apart from some of the basic steps I have provided, I am sure there are plenty of other guides available on the internet. Since older games will definitely need tweaking on Windows 10, it would be a good idea to read through some of those as well.

Is possible to redeem the NFS carbon with the help of an advisor?

I tried and they could not add it (I tried a few months ago and did not work then I read your post here and try again by myself and didnt work so if I try again with an advisor it will work?)

I see that there's a possibility to buy an old account with one game (NFS Carbon) on it. Wouldn't it be banned?

Is there any safe or secure way to disable that DRM so that the game is playable?  I'm really hoping to get this game to work on Windows 10.
