NFS Deluxe Edition is Bugged?

Not sure if this helps but you don't get your starter car (BMW) until you go to the purchase screen. Some of the parts we got were auto-matically equipped when I got into the garage. They had an "S" in the upper corner to signify something (better than stock I guess).

Thanks...but that isn't working. I've got the game on my XBox One. When I go to the MS store, it says I've installed the deluxe version but I cannot get the BMW M3 "tricked out starter car" in the game. Any other ideas?

This has not helped. I've got the game on XBox One. The MS store says I've installed the deluxe version (as I've already entered my code and downloaded the content). However, I still do not have access to any of the additional content in which I paid extra for. Choosing the BMW M3 E46 tells me I have "insufficient funds" as I've only accumulated $8500. Isn't this car supposed to be a free "tricked out starter car"? What else can I try?

I'm not familiar with Xbox as I only have playstations so I'm just guessing here but maybe try and find it where you go to download add one for games. It is considered dlc content so that would be a place to look
