NFS Heat & NFS Payback shuts down PC and restarts it

I know there's been many posts about NFS Heat causes shutdown in PC while playing but I can't seem to find the solution. One suggestion was with the PSU failure and to update the BIOS but it is alrea...

Try the following troubleshooting steps:

Clear the EA app cache: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
In the EA app, click on the game and then Manage, Repair
Download and install all available Windows Updates
Run System File Checker to help ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
Perform a clean boot before starting: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
