Nfs heat all progress lost

I started over past week, my progress was further then the week before. I also noticed it happened twice in the night between sunday and monday. Would it be coincidence or is it like a weekly reset, i played for several days past week without a problem so its not like my progress is lost everytime I quit playing

What's your accountname/Gamertag/PSN ID?@EA_David I lost the 2018 Porsche Cabriolet and the Lamborghini Huracán Spyder. My inventory actually kept the performance parts from them, but I lost the cars/customization and was given back 2 lower cars that I had already sold. I also lost a small amount of money, as I didn't have much at the time anyway.
My Rep and story progress stayed the same.
I have a base PS4. My PSN ID is also GhostRider12897 like my EA account.
I quit playing for 2 weeks, and then decided to go ahead and try it again the other day. The game loading fine, no error 40010000 this time. I went ahead and continued playing using what I had until I could re-buy what I lost and now have those cars higher spec than before and am almost done with the story. I have not logged in again to see if everything has remained working though.

@EA_David I lost some progress due to my power going out. I played this weekend and i grind to level 43, when my power went out for a quick second i loaded my game up i realized i was at level 27 and i was missing 3 cars and progress with collectible and story mode was not intact. This happened sunday, april 12, around 5 pm est.

I play on PC, its ihe entire progress that gets completely erased. I have to restart the game from 0. And I dont know if its coincidence or not but it happened twice on the same day, sunday eve there wasnt anything wrong. Monday morning and everything is gone, for two weeks in a row
- @muscleboy9 same thing happened to me last night and im on PC, its just stupid and it was saving on the cloud thats what the game said when i saved, i just dont know y it erased, i dont wanna start over again

I had like 14 cars and had $6 million Bank. All gone. My avatar even reverted to how it originally looked like instead of my custom-made avatar.
My Rep level and story progress is intact, but this is very VERY game-breaking for me. ☹️

As I had lost everything, I don't feel like playing NFS Heat anymore.
Unless if some miracle happens that I get all my progress back.

My game progress reset from where I was already at, my rep was reset to 6, and I lost all my money basically because I only have $29k now. Also, my car performance parts were removed due to my reset Rep level. I play on ps4 and my PSN ID is x_AlmightyWill_x

Im playing on ps4 and Lost all my cars and money, but the progress and the rep level stayed the same. Do you think you will be able to restore it or give somethink back to the people that Lost their stuff? I had the same Message, saying that the cloud save does not match the local one.

You won't get anything back. Just don't play in Solo mode.
- @GhostRider12897 i played on PC on solo mode only but so ur saying i cant get any of my process back? i finished the campaign and i was past 90%.
